No. Something Different Wholesale designs are our intellectual property.

You must not copy, reproduce or use our designs to create your own products unless you have received written permission from Something Different Wholesale.

This includes using an existing Something Different design as the basis for manufacturing or producing another product.

Our designs are intellectual property

Something Different Wholesale designs are protected as our intellectual property.

They cannot be copied, reproduced or used to manufacture new products without our written permission.

Buying a product does not give you rights to the design

Purchasing Something Different Wholesale products for resale does not transfer ownership of the product design to you.

You may resell the products you purchase, but you cannot copy their designs to manufacture your own products.

Do not reproduce our designs

You must not use our designs to:

  • Manufacture your own version of a product.
  • Ask another supplier or factory to reproduce the design.
  • Copy the design onto a different product.
  • Create a new product based directly on the design.

Written permission from Something Different Wholesale is required before any such use.

Permission must be in writing

Do not assume that a design can be used unless you have received written permission from Something Different Wholesale.
