How Do I Use A Credit Note With My Order?

Credit notes are not automatically deducted from your order total.

To apply a credit note to your order:

• Online Orders: Add a request in the Additional Notes section at checkout. We will manually adjust your total before taking payment.
• Phone Orders: Call our customer service team on 01792 940 288, and we’ll apply the credit for you.

Credit notes are only valid for 3 months, so be sure to use them in time!
