How Payment Works

• Payments can be made online or over the phone. All online payments are securely processed by Stripe, a leading global payment provider. Payments can be made online or over the phone. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored by us. 
• When you place an order, we take a pre-authorisation from your credit or debit card. This means the funds are reserved, but no money is taken at this stage.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

When Is Payment Taken?

• When your order is ready to be dispatched, we will send you an email confirming the items being shipped and the final order value.
• If any items are out of stock, you will only be charged for the goods that are being sent.
