Something Different Wholesale promotions are subject to standard terms and conditions.

Promotions are only valid during the dates and times shown in the promotional message. They cannot be added to orders placed outside the promotional period and cannot be combined with another offer.

Some products are excluded from all promotional codes.

How to use a promotional code

1. Check the promotion is still valid.
2. Check that your order meets any minimum spend requirement.
3. Make sure your basket does not contain excluded products you expect the discount to apply to.
4. Enter the promotional code at checkout, where applicable.
5. Complete your order within the promotional period shown.

Orders placed outside the promotional period cannot be amended afterwards to include the promotion.

The following are excluded from all promotional codes:

• T-shirts
• Products already discounted in Sale
• Deal of the Week products
• Clearance products

No. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Is the minimum spend before or after VAT?

The minimum spend for a promotion is always calculated excluding VAT.

Which products are excluded from promotional codes?

Promotional codes do not apply to tarot cards, books, t-shirts, Steven Rhodes lines, Sale products, Deal of the Week products or Clearance products.

What time zone do promotional offers use?

Times shown in promotional messaging are either GMT or BST.

Can a promotion end early?

Something Different Wholesale reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

What are the terms for the 10% new customer discount?
The 10% new customer discount:

• Is valid for new customers on their first purchase only.
• Has no minimum spend.
• Cannot be used with another offer.
• Excludes sale items.
