To collect your order, choose Collect From Warehouse from the delivery address options at checkout.
Collections are from our reception area, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding Bank Holidays.
For standard collection orders:
- Orders placed before 1 PM are usually ready by 3 PM the same working day.
- Orders placed after 1 PM are usually ready the next working morning.
- Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday are usually ready from Monday, unless Monday is a Bank Holiday.
When you receive your invoice email, your order has been finalised and is ready to collect.
Large collection orders may take longer to process. Please wait for your invoice email or contact Customer Care to confirm the order is ready before travelling.
