Why isn’t my promo code working?

If your promo code isn’t applying, here are a few things to check:


Is the promotion still valid?


Promo codes are only valid during the specified promotional period. Unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts to orders placed outside these times. 


Is the code entered correctly?


Double-check for any typos or extra spaces when entering the code. Promo codes are case-sensitive, so be sure to enter it exactly as provided. 


Does your order meet the minimum spend?


The minimum spend for promotions is calculated before VAT, so please check your total meets the required amount. 


Are you combining offers?


Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers. 


Are any items in your basket excluded?


Some products, including tarot cards, books, and already discounted items (such as Sale, Deal of the Week, Clearance, and Fantastic Five), are not eligible for promo codes. If your basket contains these items, the code may not apply.


If your basket contains these items, the code may not apply. You may need to add additional eligible items to your order to meet the promotion's requirements. 


Does your promo code have specific terms?


Some promo codes have special conditions. For example, "First10" can only be used once per customer. If your code has specific restrictions, check the original promotional details to ensure it’s still valid for your order.
