Where Can I Find Copies Of My Invoices?

You can find and download your invoices from the Financial Statement section of your Something Different Wholesale account.

To find an invoice:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Open Financial Statement.
4. Filter by month or search by invoice number.
5. Open or download the invoice you need.

A copy of each invoice is also sent to you automatically by email once it has been raised by our Accounts team.

How to find an invoice by email

When an invoice is raised by our Accounts team, a copy is sent automatically to your email address.

If you cannot find it:

1. Search your inbox for the invoice or Something Different Wholesale.
2. Check your spam or junk folder.
3. Check that your email settings are not blocking messages from us.
4. If needed, sign in to your account and download the invoice from Financial Statement instead.

No. An order confirmation confirms that your order has been placed.

Your invoice is raised separately by our Accounts team.
